The At-the-Beep Technique

This technique is designed to help you keep a sense of immediacy about an important goal of yours. I'll outline the procedure first and then provide a detailed example.

Step One. Buy a watch that has an hourly chime capability. Most of them simply beep on the hour.

Step Two. Select a goal.

Step Three. Associate to a state of intense desire and elicit the syntax of that state.

Step Four: Build a resource state of intense desire for the goal you have selected.

Step Five. Anchor that stat

Step Six. On the hourly beep fire off that anchor and/or otherwise go into the resources state so that you fully experience not only the desire to move toward your goal, but also the experience of having already achieved the goal.
