This page is dedicated to the practice of Raw Foodism, aka Live Foodism. The title of the page is a blatant ripoff of the title of my favorite book on Raw Foodism by Joe Alexander.
Consider this a hom(ep)age to Joe.
What is Raw Foodism?
The simplest definition is that it is the practice of ingesting only those foods that have not been cooked. Usually the practitioner is a vegan which means that only plant foods are eaten. There are some schools of thought that include raw meat, raw fish, and raw dairy products as well. I will be adding more FAQs to this Web Page as I have time. If you have any suggestions please contact me at da5e@rain.org
