  • Development of a computerized system of collecting on outstanding Waterfront user's fees to enhance the Department's revenue.
  • Assisted Management in developing computerized budgeting techniques to complete budgeting deadline goals, and to enhance the efficiency in working with other City Departments.
  • Designed/programmed interactive database entry/storage/retrieval systems in Paradox and MS Access for the City of Santa Barbara Waterfront Department for the daily use in its Property Management System.
  • Helped the Waterfront establish itself online to take advantage of the Internet and e-mail in order to distribute information to the public.
