I was 9lbs 3ozs at birth and 22 inches long. I thought I was big, but the "little" guy got me by 1/2 inch and 13oz! That's right, he was a 10 pounder. Here are the details:

Weight: 10.0lbs
Length: 22.5in
Head: 14.25in around (that's more than 11cm in diameter)
Torso: 14in around
Hair: Black and straight, and lots of it
Time of Birth: 10:40pm
Date of Birth: June 29, 1996 (You were right, Blanca)

He is a healthy, beautiful baby boy
As for the folks, Mom is doing great. After many hours of pretty intense labor, the doctor informed us that not much movement was occurring and the best bet would be a C-section. Dawn wanted what was best for the baby, and agreed to the procedure. She is recovering beautifully, and was released from the hospital a day early. She's a fabulous mom.

Dad is also fine, I'm still in awe of what Dawn went through. First, 9 months of carrying the ever growing person inside her, then spending 20 hours of enormous stress trying to release him to the world. What a lady. As for being a dad, I couldn't have imagined how I would feel when the nurse handed me my little son in the delivery room. All I can say is, that it felt very natural, and I was the proudest person alive at that moment.
