We think the most amazing animal that we saw is the sea cucumber. We think the sea cucumber was the most amazing animal because it can take out its insides to escape its predator.  The predator will attack the sea cucumber's guts, and the sea cucumber will escape.  The sea cucumber will grow new guts.  When it gets scared or nervous it spits out water from the mouth. It also has bumps on its body.   Isn't that amazing!
