Weather
On the morning at 5:30 AM, the weather in Indio was nice with a breeze.
It was probably 74 degrees F.
Once we got off the bus in Ventura it was 10:15 AM and the sky was
cloudy and cold.
Jean and Holly, Island Packers' tour guides, talked to us about safety
and what we were to do if we couldn’t find a guide. We got on the boat.
Once the boat was moving fast, it was freezing.
Finally after 45 minutes on the boat we got to Anacapa Island. We had
to climb 150 steps. Once got on top of the island it was warm and cloudy.
When we got back to Indio it was about 9:00 PM, and the weather was
HOT.
