Here you can see that in a container there are two green worms called cutworms. The reason we picked off all these insects is because they are eating our garden.

 

 
 








    Here you can see some fifth grade students are harvesting tomatoes.  The reason they  harvested tomatoes was because we were going to have a feast the next day.   We also harvested bok choy, and lettuce.  The next day we had a wonderful feast.  We ate bok choy, lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, and rice.

 

 
 








    Here you can see that two fifth grade students are sprinkling  cinnamon  and sugar on bok choy.  The reason they are sprinkling cinnamon and sugar on the bok choy plants is because the cut worms can't stick to the plants as well as they can without the sugar and cinnamon.
