The clinical status of patients should be reviewed at a regular CF team conference. The CF team consists of MDs, RNs, SW, RD, RT, PT/OT and other clinical specialists relevant to CF care. Each item outlined below should be reviewed on every patient at least once per year. Order of review will vary depending upon the age and clinical status  of the patient. A summary of the annual review should be documented in the medical record.
- Growth and/or nutritional status
- Current pulmonary status
(change in PFTs, chest X-ray, microbiology)
- Psychosocial/financial status
- Complications and/or new diagnoses leg, diabetes mellitus, cirrhosis)
- Surgical procedures/significant changes in medical regimen leg, insulin/hospitali zations)
- Education/vocational training needs
- New issues for the coming year leg, graduation from high school)
