ARTICLE 24 - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Any notice required to be given by the parties pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing and addressed as follows:
1. if by the Association, then to the Superintendent of Schools, or
2. if by the Board, then to the Association, in care of its President.
Any individual contract between the Board and an employee shall be subject to, and consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
If any terms of this Agreement are found to be in violation of any law, the remaining terms of this Agreement shall remain in force and effect.
