ARTICLE 27 - DURATION OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall commence July 1, 2003 and terminate June 30, 2006, unless both parties agree, in writing, to an extension.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands and seals this 25th day of May, 2004.
