Haskell's Parking Problem

HOW COME WE CAN'T PARK AT OUR BEACH ANYMORE??
Throughout the entire planning process our chapter of Surfrider has been saying that 50 spaces for public beach access at Haskell's is not enough -- we were right! Now that 50 spaces is all that we have left, we need to do something about it.

What can you do?

1. Write a letter to your local newspaper and City Council.
This issue is in the hands of the Goleta City Council. Write them a letter and tell them how you feel.

2. Join the Surfrider Haskell's Parking Mailing List
Add your email to our Haskells' Parking mailing list and we'll be sure to contact you when this page information is updated, notify you of Surfrider meetings on this issue, and alert you about public hearings and public comment deadlines.
3. Hand out flyers!
Help us inform the public by printing out a few of our flyers and passing them out down at the beach.
