Surfrider Santa Barbara Chapter


	CHAPTER CHAIR Kara Kemmler has been elected chairman of the Santa Barbara Chapter of Surfrider Foundation as of November 11th, 2004. She has been a past member of the Executive Committee and the volunteer director of the Chapter's monthly newsletter. We are very excited to have this dedicated, energetic and talented person leading our chapter.
